Sarah Mae Obejero
Credit Analyst
DipFP
I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals by making the lending process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I enjoy the challenge of analysing applications, solving problems and finding solutions that help clients move forward with confidence.
As a Credit Analyst, I thrive on the detail. From reviewing documentation and assessing lending scenarios to working closely with brokers and lenders, I take pride in ensuring every application is accurate, well-prepared and positioned for the best possible outcome. I enjoy being part of a process that can make a meaningful difference in someone's life and financial future.
With extensive experience in mortgage broking, I've developed strong analytical, organisational and time management skills. The ever-changing nature of finance is something I enjoy, as it provides constant opportunities to learn, grow and improve the experience we deliver to our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, hiking and spending time with my Life Group and House Church community. Giving back is also important to me, and I've been involved in community outreach through Buhangin Community Church and Youth Reload.

What does ‘financial freedom’ mean to you?
To me, financial freedom means having the ability to make choices without being constrained by money. Whether that’s pursuing personal goals, supporting my family, or investing in opportunities that matter. It’s about having security, flexibility, and peace of mind, while being in control of my finances rather than letting finances control me. Ultimately, it’s the freedom to live life on my terms and plan confidently for the future.

What is your favourite quote?
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. - Romans 8:18 NIV
If you could live in any city in the world for a year, where would it be and why?
I would choose Tel Aviv, Israel. I’m drawn to its vibrant culture and rich history. Living there would be an incredible opportunity to experience a unique mix of tradition and modernity, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, and immerse myself in a city full of energy and creativity.
